ISO: Boboli Chicken Cacciatore Pizza (using cooked chicken, peppers and onions)
Pizza/FocacciaHi Betty; found some Boboli recipe cards I had picked up from the store; The (2) I found did not show the Ragu Parmesan Sauce...but maybe you can 'wing' it with the 'Chicken Cacciatore' Boboli recipe:
BOBOLI CHICKEN CACCIATORE PIZZA
1 (large 12-inch) Boboli Italian bread shell (or four small 6-inch)
1 (5 oz.) Boboli pizza sauce pouch (1.25 oz for each small shell)
5 oz. chicken, cooked, diced
2 oz. green bell peppers, diced
1 oz. mushrooms, fresh, chopped
1/2 oz. onions, minced
4 oz. Kraft natural shredded mozzarella cheese
Combine all ingredients, except cheese and bread shell, in a bowl.
Spread mixture on Boboli Italian Bread Shell.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 12-15 minutes (5-8 minutes for 6-inch).
