Recipe: Boston Baked Corn

BOSTON BAKED CORN

1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups fresh corn
1 small onion, chopped
3 strips bacon, diced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Combine ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and salt in a bowl; stir in corn and onion and mix thoroughly. Pour into prepared casserole. Top with bacon.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 40 minutes or until bacon is cooked and dish is heated through.

Servings: 6-8
