Recipe(tried): Bread Crumbs

Breads - Assorted
If you mean fast/fresh bread crumbs I would toast lightly and run though anyold nmeat grinder or baby food mill or blender or coffe mill (will flavor some though)
If you mean dried bread crumbs to store because the bread is on sale and you couldn't help but buy 10 loaves ... this is what I do I lay out in a baking pan and "toast in oven for a LONG time, carful not to brown it. Then i pull out my handy dandy Oster kitchen center and run bread through the meat grinder. I also add spices to some for italian season type, that would be Oregino, basil, garlic, but use care a little goes a long way in the dry bread crumbs.
I store in Zip Loc of glass Jar, alway on hand and at the day old bread store it is cheap to do this way! I made up 2 galon size bags last time ...
good luck next time --
