Recipe(tried): Bread Pudding

Desserts - Puddings, Gelatin
I think you are looking for bread pudding.

You can make bread pudding with all kinds of bread or leftover coffee cakes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Crumble up in a casserole dish:
about 2 cups bread or biscuits
add some raisins

Then beat together and pour over top:
2 cups milk
about 1/2 cup sugar
2 to 3 eggs
cinnamon
nutmeg (go easy with the nutmeg, about 1/8 tsp.)

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

It is an easy dessert, I have also used leftover donuts. Just experiment. You can also find some bread pudding recipes and just use the biscuits.
