Recipe: Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast Casserole
Alt.support.diet.low-carb/mdmquincy/2000

1 lb. hot sausage (Grogan's has no added sugar)
1 and 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
6 eggs
1 pt. of heavy whipping cream
Onions and peppers are optional

Brown sausage. Drain. Put in 13x13 casserole.
Sprinkle cheese over the sausage. Beat eggs and whipping cream together until creamy. Pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 350 for app. 25 mins. I get 9 servings at 3.66 total carbs.
