Recipe: Breakfast Ham and Cheese Loaf

BREAKFAST HAM AND CHEESE LOAF

6 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 slices bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy; add milk, flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until well blended.

Add bacon, ham, and cheeses. Mix well.

Bake in greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Loaf may be sliced and frozen. Can be reheated in the oven or microwave.

Can be served with melted cheese over it or with jelly.
