Breakfast Pizza

1 package refrigerated crescent rolls (8 oz.)
1 pound pork sausage -- cooked and drained
1 cup frozen hash browns -- thawed
1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- grated

Pat rolls to form a pastry base in a pizza pan (approx. 14" diameter). Top with sausage, potatoes, and cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Gently pour over crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375F. Cut into wedges to serve.
