BRUNSWICK STEW
AN OLD GEORGIA RECIPE

5 lb. ground beef
3 medium onions
2 (2 lbs.) cans cream style corn (not sweet)
3 quarts tomato juice
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) butter
1 1/2 lb. lean pork
1 1/2 lbs. cooked ground chicken
salt and pepper to taste

Cook meats until tender, Grind meats and all the vegetables. Add all other ingredients and cook until thickens.
