Recipe: Bubble Pizza
Pizza/FocacciaADVERTISEMENT
Judy: Here is one idea for your refrigerator rolls.
This recipe calls for buttermilk rolls, but it seems to me it would work great with the cresent rolls. Also, if you want to freeze it for later use, you could bake, cool and slice without adding the cheese. Add the cheese to the wrapped slices as you prepare them for the freezer. You could then heat and serve at a later time :-)

Bubble Pizza
Ingredients
2 tubes buttermilk biscuits
1-16 oz. can pizza sauce
1 to 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain.
Quarter the biscuits (kitchen scissors work great)
Mix cut biscuit pieces with the beef and pizza sauce in a large bowl.
You may also add: mushrooms, black olives, onions or any of your favorite pizza toppings.
Put in a 9 x 13 greased pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and place cheese on top, return to oven and bake 10 minutes more.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
