Recipe: Chicken Club Brunch Ring

Chicken Club Brunch Ring1 cup mayonnaise
2 T dijon mustard
2 T fresh parsley
1 T chopped onion
4 slices bacon
1 can (10 oz.) chunk white chicken
1 cup swiss cheese
2 pkgs. refrig. crescent rolls
2 plum tomatoes
1 med red bell pepper
2 cups shredded lettuce Combine mayonnaise, mustard, chopped parsley & onion in bowl. In another bowl combine flked chiken, bacon, 3/4 cup of cheese and 1/3 or mayonnaise mixture. Mix well. Arrange crescent rolls around round stone w/points out and wide ends of triangles overlapping. Scoop chiken mixture onto ring. Bring points over and tuck under. Slice tomatoes, cut in half and place 1/2 over each filling opening.
Bake at 375' for 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cute pepper with v-shaped cutter. Fill with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Place in center and garnish with lettuce.
