Recipe: Cabbage Rolls for June. Hope this is the one.

CABBAGE ROLLS

1 head of cabbage
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup oatmeal (dry)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
chopped garlic to taste
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 bay leaf
tomato juice or tomato puree

Parboil head of cabbage to soften leaves. Drain and cool.

Mix sour cream, onion, oatmeal, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Mix in ground beef.

Remove whole cabbage leaves from cabbage. Line bottom of a baking pan with chopped leftover cabbage. Place bay leaf on top.

Roll meat mixture in cabbage leaves and place on chopped cabbage in pan. Pour tomato juice or tomato puree over top to cover.

Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
