Cabbage Salsa
1 cups coarsely grated cabbage
pound ripe tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1 teaspoons minced and seeded pickled jalape os
cup minced onion
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
6 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
optional - oregano to taste
Mix and refrigerate.
