Cajun Potato Salad

4 cups basic mayonnaise based potato salad
3 tablespoons Cajun mustard
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 small bunch fresh chopped dill
chopped red onion to taste
4 hard boiled eggs chopped

Start with one recipe of any basic mayonnaise based potato salad Blend in a few tablespoons Cajun mustard to taste (available at gourmet stores ), a few dashes of Tabasco sauce to taste, fresh chopped dill, chopped red onion to taste and several chopped hard boiled eggs. Chill well. This is nice for barbecues and picnics.
