Recipe: Campbell's Autumn Pork Chops with Noodles (using cream of celery soup)

CAMPBELL'S AUTUMN PORK CHOPS

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)*
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup apple juice or water
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Generous dash pepper
4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles (for serving)

Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.

Add (undiluted) soup, apple juice (or water), mustard, honey and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.

Serve with noodles.

*Choose pork chops with firm, finely-grained flesh ranging in color from a light grayish-pink to a more rosy shade, with a slight marbling of fat.

Makes 4 servings
