CARAMEL FUDGE FROSTING
1 1/2 cups brown sugar (firmly packed)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
Boil sugar and milk until it forms a soft ball in cold water (drop a small amount in cold water to test). Remove from heat, add butter and cool to lukewarm.
Beat at medium speed until thick and creamy, increase sped to high if necessary.
Makes enough frosting for tops of 2 (9-inch) layers
