Recipe: Chicken Polynesian

Chicken Polynesian
Rec.food.recipes/Clayton/2001

1 or 2 chickens, cut into pieces
15 or 16 oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce

Brown chicken in a little oil. Place in baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over chicken. Bake covered until done, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a preheated 350F oven. Baste once or twice.
