CHICKEN ROLL UPS WITH HARRY AND DAVID RELISH

Pound a boneless, skinless chicken breast until about 1/4-inch thick (putting it in a ziplock bag is helpful)

Spread with about a Tbsp. of softened Garlic and Herb cream cheese or Boursin cheese. Fold in the sides and roll up; place in pan, seam side down. Brush with melted butter or margarine and season with salt and pepper.

Bake in an open pan at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Top each roll with a spoonful of Harry and David's Pepper and Onion Relish and finishing baking about 10 minutes.
