CHILI RICE SKILLET
1 pound ground beef
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
1 cup uncooked regular rice
1 (1 3/4 ounce) package dry chili seasoning mix
Water (as needed)
Brown ground beef in skillet. Pour off excess fat.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on low until rice is done, approximately 20-25 minutes. Add water if needed to keep from sticking.
