Recipe: Chocolate Gravy

CHOCOLATE GRAVY

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 heaping tbsp flour
1 cup water
4 tbsp butter

In a bowl, combine sugar, cocoa, and flour.

In a saucepan melt water and butter. Whisk in cocoa mixture.

Cook 5 minutes or until thickened after mixture comes to a boil. Stir often to prevent sticking.
