Recipe(tried): Chocolate No Bake Cookies (using oats and peanut butter)

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
These are really good and easy for kids to make and eat. A favorite of ours that I have totally forgot about!

CHOCOLATE NO-BAKE COOKIES

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)
3 cups quick oats, uncooked
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Boil first 4 ingredients together for 1 minute after it reaches a rolling boil.

Then add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir in oatmeal.

Drop onto greased wax paper.
