Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup milk
dash of salt
Cook over medium heat stirring often until forms firm ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat and add: 2 tablespoons butter, 4 ounces Marshmallow Creme, 4 ounces peanut butter chips, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Blend and heat until smooth and thick. Pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut in squares.
Chocolate & Peanut Butter Fudge
(makes 2 pounds)
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips
2 1/4 cup sugar
1 (7 ounce) jar of marshmallow fluff
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Place peanut butter chips in a medium bowl and the chocolate chips into a second medium bowl.
In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, marshmallow fluff, evaporated milk and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour half of the mixture into the peanut butter chips and stir until the chips are completely melted; pour into foil covered pan. Pour the remaining mixture over chocolate chips; stir until completely melted and pour over peanut butter fudge.
Cool and refrigerate until firm. Remove fudge, place on cutting board and cut into 1 inch squares.
