Peanut Butter fudge using Kraft Marshmellow creme
You can use the Fantasy Fudge recipe that is on the Jar label.
Substitute 1 cup of peanut butter or 1 package of
peanut butter chips for the chocolate chips.
For awhile, Kraft had the microwave instructions
on the jar also, and I found it to be a much better method for cooking fudge or puddings or anything that may scorch, and so much easier to do in a microwave than on an electric stove.
if you want to try it it takes 11 minutes cooking time.
mix milk and margerine, heat on high 1 minute.
add sugar; cook on high for 3 minutes; Stir well.
heat again for 2 minutes. Stir again to dissolve sugar.
heat again for 3 minutes on high; mix again;
heat for 2 minutes.
This time, stir in Peanut butter and mix till melted;
Add full jar marshmellow creme, and vanilla
Stir till melted.
Pour into 9x13 buttered pan and cool at room temp.
BE CAREFUL FOR THIS MIXTURE IS INCREDIBLY HOT.
