Recipe(tried): Chocolate Pudding (Mix)

Pudding Mix:
1 cup dry milk
2/3 cup sugar
6 Tbsp cornstarch
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/4 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with fork or wisk. Store in air tight container. Yields 1 3/4 cups mix = 7 batches of pudding)

Pudding:
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup pudding mix
2 tsp butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Combine water and pudding mix in a small saucepan, bring to boil over med. heat, stirring ocassionally. Cook and stir for 2 min. Removve from heat, add butter and extract, stir till smooth. Pour into serving dish, chill several hours (over night if possible). Yields 1 serving.

Can also be frozen and made into pudding pops in the summer time. :)
