Recipe(tried): Christmas Sausage Rolls - for Gina, Fla

Breakfast and Brunch
CHRISTMAS SAUSAGE ROLLS

This recipe can be cut in half but we make this amount so there are lots of leftovers over the Christmas Break and just put in microwave for a couple of minutes to reheat!

4 pounds breakfast sausage links
2 loaves sliced brown sandwich bread
2 large jars cheese spread
1 pound bacon, each strip cut in half crosswise
1/2 cup melted butter
parmesan cheese

Cook sausage completely; drain.

Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.

Put a thick strip of cheese spread in middle of bread slice, put a sausage on top and roll it. Wrap one cut piece of bacon around the roll.

Place in a single layer in a 13x9-inch baking pan, brush each with melted butter and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 until browned.

This is really good and easy to make.

I hope you try them Gina. Let me know if you did?
