This recipe is for Chrusciki sp? My grandma tells me it translates to angel wings.
6 egg yolks
3 TB powdered sugar
1/2 TB vodka or whiskey (I used the former)
1 c. flour
By Hand,Beat the egg yolks, mix sugar in then add the vodka. This will make a very stiff dough. Take about half and roll it paper thin. cut it into diamonds or triangles. Cut a slit in the traingle and pull the dough through. Deep fry and dust with powdered sugar.
Hope this helps.
