Recipe: Cinnamon Raisin Scone Sticks (Bisquick)

CINNAMON RAISIN SCONE STICKS

"These are particularly good when eaten warm with a thin spread of cream cheese or jam."

2 1/2 cups Bisquick Original or Reduced Fat baking mix
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface generously dusted with baking mix; gently roll in baking mix to coat. Knead 5 times.

RoIl dough into rectangle, 10x6 inches. Cut into ten 1-inch strips. Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 10 sticks
