Recipe: Cocoa Puff Cookies and Chocolate Snack Mix - Cocoa puffs recipes for Emma, NY

Emma, Here are a few more ways to use those cocoa puffs! You can always make rice krispies treats using cocoa puffs instead of rice krispies too!(Aren't the chocolate drop cookies yummy!! Totally addictive!)

COCOA PUFF COOKIES
(variation on your recipe)

12 oz. peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1/4 cup honey
4 cups Cocoa Puffs cereal

Melt all ingredients except cocoa puffs in a double boiler.

Add cereal and drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.

CHOCOLATE SNACK MIX

4 cups popcorn
2 cups Cocoa Puffs cereal
2 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups semi sweet chocolate pieces
1 cup peanuts
1 cup raisins

Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
