Recipe: Coconut Dip for Fruit

Coconut Dip for Fruit

16 ounces Coco Lopez cream of coconut
16 ounces sour cream
2 teaspoons light sugar (no more)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Mix well with a wire whisk.

Serve with fresh pineapple, coconut strips, kiwi, and strawberries.
