Coconut No Bake Cookies
rec.food.recipes/David Wilkinson (2001)

1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter (margarine does not set properly)
3 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup peanut butter, either creamy or chunky
1 tsp vanilla

Boil sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in large pan for 1 1/2 minutes. Immediately stir in peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until they dissolve. Then add the coconut as quickly as you can, coating all with the melted mix and place on wax paper by rounded teasponfuls. You can make them any size you wish. They should set up on the counter within a half an hour.
