My version of this cookie is to gather up all the misc. types of choc. chips, mini M&M's, raisins, coconut, chopped nuts etc. leftover from my hubby's snacking or previous recipes. I get out the reliable Toll House Choc. Chip cookie recipe (on the back of the yellow bag) and mix that up less the chips and nuts. Then I take a 1/4 cup of raisins, 1/4 c of coconut, 1/4 of nuts and a cup of mixed candies pieces/choc. chips. This produces an excellent result and can be varied to what you have on hand or your personal preferences.
