Recipe: Corn Flake Candy (using a corn syrup, sugar, and cream)

CORN FLAKE CANDY

1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup cream
5 cups corn flakes
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
2 cups salted, roasted peanuts
1 cup coconut

Place the corn syrup, sugar and cream in a saucepan and cook to soft ball stage.

Mix with the corn flakes, rice cereal, peanuts and coconut.

Pour into a buttered pan, cool and cut.
