Recipe(tried): Corn Pudding

I recently was given this receipe by a friend and have made it so many times I
cant count them. Everyone asks me to bring it as my potluck dish!
This takes less than 10 minutes of preparation, so you can make it at the last
minute.

Corn Pudding

1 can creamed corn
1 can drained whole kernel corn
1 package corn muffin mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
8 oz sour cream

blend this altogether, folding the sour cream in and place in a greased
casserole dish. bake @ 350 for 45min. this receipe can easily be doubled and
tripled! If doubled you need only cook it for an hour dont double the time.
