Recipe(tried): Crab won tons

Appetizers and Snacks
This is my recipe for Crab Won tons: 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup imitation crab meat, 2 stalks of green onion, wonton wrappers(I buy the large ones and cut into 4) Soften the cream cheese with a fork then add chopped meat and onions. you can make this part up ahead and keep in the frige until ready to put together. Heat oil in fry daddy or small heavy pan. you can only fry 3 or 4 at a time because they burn quickly. remove wrappers from package and cut into 4 squares cover with damp paper towel while working with them so they don't dry out. Have a small bowl of water handy to moisten edges. Peal off 4 squares and put about a teaspoon of crab mixture in center of each square, moisten edges and form a little purse, drop in oil decrease heat if too brown. drain on paper towels. serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
