Recipe: Barbecued Pork Strips (crockpot)

BARBECUED PORK STRIPS (CROCKPOT)

1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks (do not drain)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 pounds lean pork, cut into strips, browned, and drained

Combine all ingredients except pork strips in Crock Pot and stir well. Add pork and stir to coat.

Cook on low, covered, for 8 to 10 hours. Serve with sauce.

Makes about 15 servings
