Recipe: Crazy Cheese Spread

CRAZY CHEESE SPREAD

1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons unsalted margarine, softened
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon diced parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
dash of thyme
dash of marjoram

Blend all ingredients until well mixed. Chill for 4 hours. Serve with unsalted crackers, melba toast, or on celery.
