Here is the recipe I have. These are very good and you can fill them with any flavor instant pudding or whipped cream.
Cream Puffs
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
2 large cartons whipped cream or any flavor instant pudding made following pudding directions
Heat oven to 400 F. Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Stir in flour and stir vigorusly over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture froms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, all at once. Continue beating until smoth. Drop dough by scant 1/4 cup fulls, 3 inches apart onto ungreased sheet. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden color. Cool away from draft. Cut off tops. Pull any filaments of soft dough. Carefully fill puffs with filling. Whipped cream or pudding. You may ice or sprinkle on powdered sugar.
