Recipe: Creamy Herb Vinaigrette

Creamy Herb Vinaigrette

1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 cup Spanish olive oil
3 tbsp flavored vinegar
1 tsp parsley - minced
1/2 tsp thyme - minced
1/2 tsp oregano - minced

Place the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar in the food processor and pulse until smooth. Add the minced herbs and stir to mix. Refrigerate.
