Recipe: Dillard's Cabbage Bake (using cracker crumbs and milk)

DILLARD'S CABBAGE BAKE

6 cups coarsely grated raw cabbage
Cracker crumbs
Salt
Black pepper
Butter
2 cups milk

In a greased casserole dish, spread 3 cups of cabbage.

On top spread a generous amount of cracker crumbs and another layer of 3 cups cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and dot with butter.

Cover with about 2 cups milk, just enough to come to the top of mixture.

Bake in a 350 degree oven F for about 35 minutes.
