Recipe(tried): Creamy Wild Rice Dish

Creamy Wild Rice Dish:
Serves 6

1(4.3oz.)box Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice With Herbs(We prefer this one) or Rice A Roni Long Grain & Wild Rice with herbs,not instant brand
8 oz.container fresh button mushrooms,chopped
8 oz.carton sour cream
1/8 tsp.garlic powder
2 Tbls.butter
salt & pepper to taste

Cook wild rice as per pkg.instructions.

Meanwhile saute chopped mushrooms till crispy in butter,drain.

Combine rice,sauteed mushrooms,sour cream,garlic powder & salt & pepper.Set aside to blend 10 minutes before serving.
