Easy and Delicious Chicken Parmesan

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 large can of spaghetti sauce of your choice
1 can Italian diced tomatoes
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
3 T. grated parmesan cheese
spaghetti or angel hair pasta

Heat oven to 350. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs to coat thoroughly. In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken. Cook on both sides until lightly brown. Pour 1/2 cup sauce in baking dish. Layer chicken in dish. Pour 3/4 cup of the sauce over the chicken. Spoon Italian diced tomatoes over top. Sprinkle with cheeses. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes till bubbly. Meanwhile cook pasta, drain. I add the pasta back into the pan, and add another can of the Italian diced tomatoes and what’s left of the spaghetti sauce, and toss. I like to serve the pasta in a large decorative bowl, and place the chicken breasts right on top.
