Margarita Chicken Glaze
www.sonorangrill.com
This glaze is great on chicken or fish.

1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup lime marmalade
1/2 cup jalapeno jelly
zest of 1 lime

1. Brown the garlic in the olive oil. Add the marmalade and jelly; stir until they melt.

2. Spoon the glaze over chicken in the last 10 minutes of grilling, as the sugar can burn.

3. Makes enough glaze for 1 whole chicken.
