EASY BEEF PITAS
1 pound ground beef
1 medium jar Pace Picante Sauce
1 pinch cumin powder
1/2 head lettuce
1 cup shreaded cheese
1 whole tomato, diced
6 pita breads
optional:
black olives, sour cream, salsa, guacamole.
Cook ground beef until done.
Add pace picante jar and cumin powder; let simmer for 10 minutes.
Warm up the pita bread on a skillet. Spoon in the groud beef into the pita and top of with lettuce, tomato and shredded cheese.
