When my DS (teens) get home from school they like to have a substantial snack. We don't eat dinner until about 7:30 or so, so they work up enthusiasm for it by the time I serve it!

They love anything in a pita, this looks just delicious, and they can make it up on Monday and enjoy it for a few days. Even using ground chicken or veggie beef, I bet it's good any way you make it.
