Recipe(tried): Easy Broccoli Soup

Easy Cream of Broccoli (Veggie) Soup

2 c. broccoli steamed
1/2 c. carrots cooked
1 c. cauliflower cooked
1 pkg. Knorr's Leek Soup mix
2 c. milk
1 c. water

In food processor chop vegetables and add to saucepan.
Stir in Leek soup mix, water and milk.
Stir until mixed. Simmer and serve!
