Easy Caramel Pecan Bars
Prep Time: 25 min.
Makes: 3 dozen
Source: Pillsbury Home for the Holidays

1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
3/4 C. caramel ice cream topping
2 T. flour
1 C. pecan pieces
1 C. flaked coconut
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350F. Spray 13x9" pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cut cookie dough into 1/2" thick slices. Arrange slices in bottom of prepared pan. With floured fingers, press dough evenly to form crust. Bake for 10-15 min. till light golden brown. Combine caramel topping and flour, blend well. Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle partially baked crust with pecans, coconut and chips. Drizzle with caramel mixture. Return to oven, bake an additional 15-20 min. till topping is bubbly. Cool 1 1/2 hr. or till completely cooled before cutting.
