Recipe: Easy Peaches and Cream Cobbler (using cake mix)

EASY PEACHES AND CREAM COBBLER

1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce0 pkg cream cheese, softened
5 cups sliced peaches
1 box (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick butter
TO SERVE:
whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan or glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Cream the powdered sugar and cream cheese together.

Place peaches in prepared pan, spread cream cheese mixture over peaches. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon, then place pats of butter on cake mix.

Bake at 350F for 25-40 minutes. Cool in pan on rack.

TO SERVE:
May top with whipped cream or ice cream.
