easy stuffing
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
2 cans (15 oz each) chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
12 cups day old bread cubes, dried overnight
4 eggs
1 tsp. ground/rubbed sage
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
salt and pepper
2 tbsp. butter, cut up
Mix together the first 9 ingredients, pour into a greased 6 quart baking dish, dot with butter.
Cook at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes until cooked through and set.
