Recipe(tried): Easy Taco Salad

Salads - Main Dish
Great at get togethers. It makes a lot and is really quick and easy.

Taco Salad

1 pound ground beef
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 cup diced tomato
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup black olive slices, optional
1 12 to 15 ounce bag tortilla chips, crushed up

Dressing:
8 ounces taco sauce, Ortega (not salsa)
8 ounces Italian dressing
8 ounces French dressing (use Pfeiffer the light orange kind not Catalina)

Brown the ground beef and drain. Place in large mixing bowl. Shred the lettuce and pour over beef. Pour tomatoes, cheese and olives over top. Crush tortilla chips and dump in bowl.

Mix the taco sauce, Italian dressing and French dressing and dump over beef mixture. Toss until well mixed and serve. This is good warm or cold.
