El Ali o (Salad Dressing with Cheese & Herbs)

1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp marjoram
1 tbsp grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp horseradish
1 tbsp minced parsley
salt & pepper

Beat together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
