I was a former employee at el torito and the sauce they put on the carnitas (pork) fajitas plate is called Tomatillo Sauce or salsa. I believe that there are some dressings in-store like the cilantro-pepita salad dressing and the serrano-grape salad dressing, so it may be there too. If not, any mexican food market and even the grocery store will have tomatillo salsa. Try to find the most authentic, most mexican brand...they are best and even cheaper. Good Luck.
